Between 22 and 26 September 2025, as part of World Kindness Week, a ‘Mural of Positive Thoughts’ was created in the main hall of Primary School No. 19 in Gdańsk. The aim was to draw attention to the importance of polite language in everyday life and to make children and young people aware that kindness makes it easier to build relationships with their peers. During breaks between lessons, pupils had the opportunity to write kind words on the mural or create artwork related to the theme.
In addition, polite phrases were displayed on the doors to the classrooms. A school post office operated for a week, through which pupils could send letters to their classmates. During form time, teachers led lessons with the pupils on the impact of kindness in everyday life on people.
